I did,but as you seem ignorant of the topic of buying a firearm from a FFL you might have missed it.
Do you need me to explain what a FFL is???
I don't need to be lectured. I know what a FFL is. I asked you a question. I want to know how you feel gun transactions should be handled, not necessarily how they're handled.

Then perhaps you should show you know something on the topic???
Just a thought.
So you want to know how I think firearm transfers should be handled....well as they are simply tools they should be able to be sold just like any other tool...and are in free states.
You do know people in free states can buy firearms privately with no paperwork don't you?
golly. Im not a gun buff, I just have some for protection and hunting.. pretty basic stuff nothing semi-automatic. Guns frighten me even though my father was a sheriff and showed me how to properly use them.
Unless you have a class 3 dealer license, you can't have an automatic. Plus they cost about as much as a low end car.
AKs are ultra-reliable and great for hog and sometimes deer hunting.

Can you have one if it were bought before the ban?
