Why Why Why are we even considering another stimulus package? I have to look it up for all you that are going to start demanding proof......but didn't almost 80% of people pay down their debts with that money? It worked for like a day or week......

SAY NO TO MORE STIMULUS!

It didn't work for what it was intended to do, which was jump start retail. But hey I'd be lying if I said I couldn't use the money.

I read a lot of people used it to pay for gas...

It would be nice to have that money though....
I'd save half and spend the remainder.

This retail season is going to be very rough. It was already predicted to be low but with more and more people losing jobs...who the hell is going x-mas/hannukah shopping?

I can see another one being passed with all this taxpayer money going to the bailout. It would be seen as "fair," or prudent to give some back.

Republicans and democrats will both pass it. If Bush was in office it would pass, if McCain was in office it would pass, if Obama was in office it would pass.

These people make me sick. They clearly have no issue spending OUR money. Money we don't have BTW.
