Black people voted for Obama because he was black, so why is Alan Keyes suing??? He should be measuring the drapes for the White House? Goodness, what could possibly explain this turn of events?
As for the law suit I wait with great anticipation as Ironclad attempts to out stupid Kooter.
Just when you thought it was safe to go back into the news:
Alan Keyes files suit over Obama citizenship question | PolitickerCA | California Politics News, Reaction, and Analysis (http://www.politickerca.com/benvandermeer/3211/alan-keyes-files-suit-over-obama-citizenship-question - broken link)
I swear, he must have filed in California because he was so hurt by being called a long-shot whose candidacy lent his elector no greater standing than an average citizen or voter!
Federal Judge Alsup on the prior California complaint - that one against McCain, discussing Alan Keyes:
"an obscure third-party candidate whose presidential prospects are theoretical at best."
His chances were theoretical then. They are less than theoretical now. But, regardless, he still has a problem. There is no requirement in California law that the Sec'y of State or the Governor do any such thing as he is requesting.
He knows who butters his toast, he is just posturing to further attract the affection of the far right. He like Malkin, Jesse L Petersen and Dinesh D'Souza are professional racial mercenaries.
