This whol pardoning thing is stupid.

Bush has pardoned (so far anyway) less than half of the amount that Clinton or Reagon pardoned. Instead of making this one-sided, one should also consider past presidents, too.

Yes, he is also likely going to grant preemptive pardons.

What a bunch of criminals these guys are. Nothing less than mafia. He and Cheney should have been impeached a long time ago. Disgusting.

Absolutely. A crime family posing as a Presidential administration. I don't know who I despise more...these reptilian Neocon gangsters or the stupid lemmings that continue to support them.

Scooter Libby & Jack Abramoff are probably having farewell parties as we type. Look for Jeff Skilling and Bernie Ebbers to be cut loose too.

I did not approve of the Clinton pardons either. Do the crime, do the time. One Law for all of us.

I don't like any of the pardons from any of the presidents (especially Clinton's "Everything is $1M" pardon business he ran at the end of his term), but not pardoning ramos and campeon really really burns me. Everyone will talk about it, but no one will get it done (get them out). I assume (correctly or not) that they're still in prison because politicians don't want to risk pi**ing off the hispanics and their vote. I assume most hispanics are smart enough to realize that these guys shot a DRUG DEALER in the BUTT (threatening moves or not are immaterial...it's a drug dealer, what rights should he have over non-drug dealer natural citizens) and then got railroaded into prison by Bush's personally apointed DA not for the shooting, but for not reporting it.

However, I personally know some hispanics that view this as the "migra" vs the "pobrecito dealer" and are vehemetly against the agents since they shot him in the butt. I'm sure there are more in the us that share this f'd up view than the few i know. I also would not be surprised if they are more vocal about it than the majority of sensible hispanics who truly consider themselves americans first and hispanics second. This all is what leads me to my aleady stated conclusion (that I truly hope is wrong). Why else isn't someone doing something about this?

And more importantly, why isn't Bush doing something? He's on his way out, he doesn't have to worry about votes. He could man-up and do the right thing but instead he's pardoning drug dealers and white collar criminals....
