Frankly ;I think that politics has always been a dirty attempot for power. It is just what the public will publicly accept in the behavior of the candidates these days. Like jobs with kids involved attract child molesters ;politics will always attract many that are just plain old crooks. The party really doesn't matter either.

Reality check: your pseudo party (since you can't vote here you dont actually belong to a party), bentlebee, lost because of its vitriol and hate. The Democrats like to rise above the fray. Thanks for noticing.
If, let's say what you assume is true...., why is berry so scared to answer questions of Fox News....? No grudges as you stated......

It's really all very simple.

Frankly I think this is a non-issue. The news anchors are asking the same thing just to get "something going" I guess.
It is a difference of nuance. The positions are close among party colleagues and they distinguish themselves with minutiae that may be important to certain constituencies.
But they are seconds and minutes apart not months and years. So it is no stretch to include former opponents on the team. Especially if they are talented and offer good oppositional thinking. That is what Obama wants apparently--people who think and have the intellect to challenge him. Good for him.
What would the cynics prefer? The winner gets into a box of his or her narrow points of view and never second-guesses an opinion or position? The triumphant one pulls inside himself and decides everyone else has nothing to offer?? I don't think so.

What does not holding a grudge against political colleagues have to do with deciding not to be interviewed by the propaganda machine that is called Fox News? You'd get more truth out of an interview by Ronald McDonald than anything on Fox.

Nice try though bentlebee. I see you're not giving up, even though your party lost despite all of your efforts to continuously and viciously slander our next president.

Whatever it is, it is NOT the travesty that is Bush and the Republicans.

obama and clinton are politicians. they will say and do whatever is in their own greedy self interests. they both got to where they are by wearing knee pads. don't forget that. they are puppets.

Obama is pragmatic--he doesn't waste time holding grudges against anyone that is useful to him. Which includes most politicians. That doesn't mean he has no use for grudges, they can be very handy tools. As Fox is now finding out.

The same things go on in office politics, at the PTA, in church councils, etc. Most people figure out how it works before they graduate from middle school. It's basic Politics 101. Sorry, but I find it kinda hard to believe anyone doesn't know how the game is played.

Why are you calling him "Berry" if there's no grudge?
