Governors applaud Obama spending plans - Politico Staff - Politico.com
Within hours of the release of President-elect Obama’s pledge of unprecedented investment in schools, roads and bridges to spur job growth, governors from both parties released statements applauding his plans. Here is a selection:

What do they know I am sure there are posters here willing and able to contradict the Governors of our various states.

New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg (I), Pennsylvania Gov. Governor Ed Rendell (D) and California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger (R) released a joint statement through the coalition they co-chair to promote infrastructure investment, Building America's Future: "We applaud President-elect Obama for focusing on the crisis that is facing America’s economy and for setting a new bold course to rebuild America’s infrastructure and make it energy-efficient. … We strongly support a ‘use-it-or-lose-it’ requirement to ensure that new infrastructure funds will be used to put Americans to work immediately and not languish unspent or tied up in red tape. … We look forward to continuing to work with President-elect Obama, Congress, states and localities to make this decisive plan a reality.”

Kool Aid drinkers all of them.
