I picked "not sure" because I don't know. Is there precedent for such a thing? I suppose, if the American people felt strongly enough about it, some sort of grand jury would need to decide if he should or not. The election committees and parties don't seem to be pressing the issue, I would think at this point, if there was a valid argument against BHO, the McCain camp would be using it.

Has it ever come up before? Not to my knowledge, but i am not a Presidential scholar.

Uh, I think he already had to, back when he got his social security card. And went to kindergarten. And drivers license. And got his college loans. And ran for Senator. And probably again to run for President.

They don't let you take a dump in this country without a valid birth certificate.

And a US passport.
So, as far as I'm concerned, he's already produced a valid birth certificate.

Aliens from outer space don't have birth certificates. I think his Disneyland card will be enough,

"So, Senator Obama, now that you've won the election, what are you going to do now?"

"I'M GOING TO DISNEYLAND!!!!"

This again ? It's a sad day when you hope your opponent gets tossed on a technicality (even if you manufacture it yourself) because they are clearly winning. Just pathetic.
