Exactly! The colors were more tropical, summery -- just the thing for a fresh start.

Refreshing colors--like a bowl of sherbert. Who says inauguration dresses always have to be red, white and blue?

I'm wondering, what about a dress in light lettuce green. I think that soft, fresh color would look fantastic on her.

She'd better choose well because some <ahem> loons here are going to try and come up with some silly conspiracy about what the dress subconsciously symbolizes.

To be honest though - I could care less. It's a speck of dust compared to the issues that we face.

That would be lovely on her - but maybe a rose red for the Inaugural Ball? Or a soft pinky-brown? Or a cream color? I hope sparkles are involved! Not all over but nice - just the bodice or scattered on the skirt.

I think she threw that terrible looking "black widow" dress in the trash! And hopefully those ugly shoes she wore too...

Definately sparkles.....but I do love the thought of her in raspberry, maybe a soft yellow? Or a tiffany blue? But definately sparkles and it must be A Line with a full skirt.
