So are you embarassed yet, having fallen for the empty promises of Barack Obama? Or do you still hold out some slim sliver of hope that Barack Obama is going to follow through on any of his campaign promises?

The President-elect is showing himself for what he always was, a liar and a fraud, more interested in his own personal advancement than in improving our country. Hopefully in '12 all of you who voted for this empty suit will wake up and see that a candidate's record speaks louder than mindless rhetoric.

Your partisan whining and weeping about possible corruption rings hollow.

How could you have possibly missed the past eight years?

The facts are these:
- Governor Blagojevich is accused of trying to sell Obama's seat.
- Obama said neither he nor his campaign had any contact with Blagojevich.
- Evidence surfaces of at least incidental contact with Blagojevich regarding this issue.
- Obama promises to release any communications between his staff and the Governor.
- The Obama administration fails to release any communications.
- Evidence surfaces that Rahm Emanuel, president-elect Obama's chief of staff, had detailed contacts with the Blagojevich administration.
- Emanuel, either on his own initiative or through Obama, refuses to discuss the issue with the press.

The facts are clear:
1. The Obama administration has information relevant to the criminal inquiry, and had some degree of involvement.

2. Despite promises to be open and transparent, the Obama administration has failed to divulge what it knew or knows.

3. When confronted with a part of this evidence, the Obama administration closed ranks and hushed up.

Where's your transparency?

Would you like to see some of the other promises that Obama made to get elected and is now backtracking on? There's quite an extensive list.
I was extremely disappointed when Bush became the President twice, but I learned to live with it and you guys should do the same. It has been difficult living with the choice of the majority and I'm happy to see it coming to an end.

To me, transparency is just one of the convenience excuses that some people are using to criticize Obama. Disappointed people who are seeking to find fault with Obama by nitpicking his every word and movement. Why be a baby, at least wait until after Jan. 20th.

Plus, where were the outcries during the current administration as we were being screwed? The transparency that I would like to see is the tracking of the $700B bailout. How much of the $700B is funnel through the banks to Bush, Cheney, and friends?

Personally, I'm looking forward to the Obama Administration who will provide a much needed change compared to our current government. I also understand that Obama is only human and he may make some mistakes, but hopefully not like the Bush Admin.
