I would be concerned if he was wearing a shirt on a beach in Hawaii. In Hawaii! On a beach! What was he supposed to wear – an LL Bean parka?

I would be more concerned if he was not wearing a shirt on a New Hampshire beach this week. Not for the lack of the shirt but for the poor judgment of being there. Being on a beach in Hawaii this week shows excellent judgment.
