The "New" Black Panther Party is a joke. An obscure organization of a half dozen crazies. Chairman Malik Zulu Shabazz, who I have had dealings with is on step away from... well, I'll leave it at that.

If by "Faux News" you mean CNN and by "fair and balanced" you mean "passing off Hamas propaganda as real news," then yes.
A news agency can be biased, it's almost unavoidable. Are you next going to allege that the NYT isn't a news source, because they're biased? I would argue they're not a credible news source, but they do have some accurate information.
I don't think any of this crap changed anything about the election.
But you can darned well be certain that if the KKK (the white equivalent of the Panthers) had been standing in front of polling places, pacing around with clubs in hand, there would have been hell to pay. And should have!
So investigate it. Wrap it up. Take whatever actions necessary. Move on.
Don't like the story, attack the source. When a more liberal source is provided, continue to attack the original source.
