Actually the elections aren't over..the Coleman/Franken race has yet to be decided and House members, by necessity, are always in reelection mode.

If Franken wins, will the Democrats have the majority?

You mean if Franken manages to get away with stealing the election.

No problem, I understand it's an easy mistake to make.

Anyway, Democrats already have the majority. What they were fighting for was a "super-majority" (strong enough to withstand a Republican filibuster). Won't happen even if Franken and Reid manage to (further) corrupt the democratic process.

He won, but until the hearings and Coleman's lawsuit for a recount is decided, not quite yet. If the judge decides that a recount can take place (challenging certain ballots), it could still go on.

Er....no. Franken has 229 votes ahead of Coleman so no stealing there. But Coleman is trying steal it.

free speech is good when there is a threat to the country speaking out is a good thing.
i defend this right for anybody. character assassination is not ok.

It's still not official, as Franken has yet to be seated because of Coleman's lawsuit.

What do you suggest we do for fun if you take away all our toys?
