Okay, the new president is in office, the elections are over and it is time to move on. Can both sides just stop the incredibly partisan sniping at each other, forget the past and try to co-operate in solving problems without attempts at character assassination?

No. Been this way for centuries and will remain so. Just part of political discussion.

And unfortunately even mental midgets have the right to a discussion even if they do not base their arguments on facts.

This is a political forum..meant for debate, which by it's very nature invites partisanship. Stop complaining.

Debate is one thing, trying to find fault with everything done by one side or the other is another. Partisanship does not mean blindly condemning a stance or not even considering it because it is different than yours.

BTW, your "stop complaining" comment goes right to the heart of it. If you don't like it, it is complaining. If it agrees with your stance, it is sage knowledge.

Irony. And without even bringing in any of your religious forum posts.

In summary I think he means Mods close the Election boards. The elections are over and the President has been sworn in. No need to keep this troll bait of a forum open any longer.

If there's no reason to talk in this forum anymore, how come so many people are still talking here?
