It depends on context - it doesn't make sense to have a white person saying the same exact words ("My President is Black"). Give me what you're thinking and I'll tell you. I know a joke that uses the n-word, and I've told it to blacks. It's funny, though some whites are uncomfortable with it.

Within the black culture, there are many who use the word, and many others who don't mind hearing it. There are also those who think it's degrading.

However, it isn't racist in that context.

Please had a white person said this they would have been slammed for being raciest. The "n" word does not bother me because it is just that a word. No "word" bothers me what bothers me is that they do nothing to being us together it is always white against black and it is wrong.
