Here let me help you.

Under the Obama-Biden plan, a residual force will remain in Iraq and in the region to conduct targeted counter-terrorism missions against al Qaeda in Iraq and protect American diplomatic and civilian personnel.

Yeah, a residual force. Learn what that means, and you will know the difference between Bush's plan and Obamas. You're welcome in advance.

A residual force....IN IRAQ.
Actually according to the NYT it is a "substantial residual force"...

So to answer this question:
Is Obama going to pull out of Iraq or not?

The answer would be no, not totally.

Would YOU define a residual force for us all?
How many troops are in this residual force?
Because on the campaign trail the number bandied about was 30,000 to 55,000 troops....

That is some residue.

That, plan was negated by the SOFA, all US forces, I repeat, ALL US forces must be out of Iraq by 2011. But there is a caveat. If the SOFA is not approved in the upcoming referendum US forces will have to leave by 2010.

"A super hero troll," LOLOL.... +1.

Sorry...carry on. I've just never heard that phrase before...I am TOTALLY pinching it.

Oz: This liberal says...no, we're not going to totally pull out of Iraq. That sound have been plain, even during the pre-election period. I don't get what's in question here? The "residual force" you keep sneering at is necessary because a complete pull-out at this time, thanks to your Wonderboy, really would be a disaster. He made sure there would be no way to gracefully and safely pull out completely. But that's neither here nor there, I guess, as regards the original question: Will Obama completely, entirely pull every American out of Iraq? No. Obviously. It's been answered for you so many times and I don't know how it could be any plainer. Obama himself outlined it, before we (well, not you ) voted for him. What's the big "ah-ha!!!" here?
