That, plan was negated by the SOFA, all US forces, I repeat, ALL US forces must be out of Iraq by 2011. But there is a caveat. If the SOFA is not approved in the upcoming referendum US forces will have to leave by 2010.

The "residual force" you keep sneering at is necessary because a complete pull-out at this time, thanks to your Wonderboy, really would be a disaster. He made sure there would be no way to gracefully and safely pull out completely. But that's neither here nor there, I guess, as regards the original question: Will Obama completely, entirely pull every American out of Iraq? No. Obviously. It's been answered for you so many times and I don't know how it could be any plainer. Obama himself outlined it, before we (well, not you ) voted for him. What's the big "ah-ha!!!" here?
