I'm gad to hear it, you have a healthy attitude. That's the way I look at things, too.

"I promise to be a servant to Barack Obama"
Demi moore

If I were Obama I would have the secret service give Demi Moore a call. Of course Michelle needn't be notified.

We mock them because they are a-holes.

I pledge to avoid films with any one of these actors in it. That should be fairly easy.

You sound sensible to me Abilene.
Why are these people only pledging these things now. Are they really dedicated to making America better? If so, why does it take a presidential change for them to do these things. What happens if Obama is a one-termer. Will Eva Longoria uproot the 500 trees that she said she will plant?
Will Jason Bateman go back to flushing after urinating?
Where were these people for the last eight years?

NOT supporting the nation or the President.

Seems you only become a servant of certain Presidents and only care about issues when it suits you.

The rest of the time you party it up.

I wonder how many flew to the inauguration in their private jets.

Where were all these Clebs during President Bush's term? If you don't want to help the President okay, but how many of the people in this video went to see the troops, or tried in anyway to help them? I would say not many if any at all. Clebs get on board if it's the cool thing to do and in some way benefits them.

My allegiences are my own...I don't care who's in the White House ,man. I thought I made that clear. In my countless posts here I have NEVER leaped to defend the Bush administration in any way. Just because I lean right in my views does not mean that I loved Bush. So, To answer your question , in no uncertain terms . YES and always have.
