Do you stand to benefit from his proposed tax cut? Your answer will give all a clue to your true beliefs...

First, nobody did this in the first month, based on ridiculous straw men. We were angry that the GOP stole Florida and that the SCOTUS issued a ruling as bad as Dred Scott to install him.

Second, liberals aren't violent. You don't have to worry about them acting out on their impulses. On the other hand, there are numerous recent incidents of crazy wingnuts killing liberals.

Third, we don't have the media infrastructure that the right has. There's not equivalent to Rush/Hannity/Drudge/Coulter/Malkin - the insanity on the right is right at the top of the heap.

So no. It isn't the same thing at all.

That actually has nothing to do with him not being a centrist. I don't know anyone that believes that.

Liberals aren't violent is an unintelligent remark at best. People who do harm to a President, are crazy....not liberal vs. conservative. From looking at this site alone, I would say liberals are much more viscous overall, but still don't think anyone that attempts to kill someone can be lumped into conservative vs. liberal. That is not why anyone does such a thing. Hinkley didn't try to kill Reagan because of his tax cuts.

Apparently this guy does agree with Obama's policies -- he's HIV positive, he's an immigrant from Ethiopia, his name is Hussein, and he believes he should be given more free health care.

Lets be real, its not about what he does but about who he is. There are racist crackpots out there that no matter what he does, he will be wrong because in their small minds, he is a black man in a white mans office.

SO lets not place the blame on Obama that this idiot tried to infect him with HIV.

So terribly misinformed.

You are part of the insanity. You fans of Hannity/Rush/Coulter/Malkin/etc. are helping the culture of hatred that could result in a very bad situation. You don't get to participate with those scum without taking the blame when some crazy nutbag acts out on what he's heard from your community.
Obama does indeed risk going too far and having a whacko do something stupid, and I don't mean throw a shoe. If his porkulous plan backfires, if he allows/encourages government to intrude too far into people's pocketbook many will get frustrated and who knows what may happen.

I frankly think he is going to face a backlash that will make what voters did to the Republicans look insignificant comparatively. I think he may very well lead us into a depression that will take possible a decade+ to recover from. Some of the things he is looking at make what Bush did in infringing on our rights look like child's play. Pretty scary stuff.
