Default President Obama - the first President to EVER use a teleprompter

That must be the case as wingnuts are very interested in this useful tool.

I know! They seem to be obsessed with the issue. And the funny thing is ... it's not working at all. Everybody knows that President Obama is a great public speaker, with the teleprompter or not. He's great at communications.

So they lie their little butts off, trying to find something to make themselves feel better. It's really sad.

The teleprompter was invented fall of 2008. It's quite the neat contraption, definitely a modern marvel. Who knows what's next - maybe one day we will also travel to the moon.

The only way to get to the moon would be via some kind of massive socialist endeavor, one which THIS country would never stoop to!

You realize that was President Obama making a joke, right? Or did you not get it?

I realize that it must be depressing when reality gets in the way of your wingnut talking points, but this teleprompter nonsense is really getting pathetic.

It's not great public speaking when he doesn't use the teleprompter and fills his entire speech with "umm.."

How do you know he's smarter than anyone else? He just reads what his speechwriter writes. Or what other people tell his speechwriter to write and then he reads it off his teleprompter. How does that make him smarter than everyone else in the world?
