At least make it fair...

If you want to kill Mexicans crossing the border to sell drugs, then you have to kill the American buyers as well.
Don't forget the American gun sellers too.

My bet is that you'd be killing a lot more Americans than Mexicans.

Get real. Put up a big wall, and kill anyone who tries to get in illegally.

That will stop the Mexican drug dealers.

Mexicans can find jobs in their own country. It is not America's responsibility to employ Mexicans. That is Mexico's responsibility.

If Mexico wants to have good relations with the U.S. they would stop this crap on their own.

Again, another nation choosing the United States to fix their own coruption.

Then why didn't Hillary use a little logic and blame Mexican demand for illegal black market weapons?

She made no sense -- she blamed US drug demand for all the drug trafficking and then turned around and blamed the USA again for Mexico's demand for illegal weapons.

Drug traffickers killing drug traffickers, I don't really see a problem with that.

I think people, Mexican and American, are objecting to the collateral damages including killing uninvolved bystanders. Corruption of politicians and law enforcement are secondary problems. Destruction of the users is irrelevant.

Piece of advice: If you ever hear gunfire hit the deck. Fast.

End prohibition of all drugs and you will end the drug war JUST LIKE THAT. It really is as easy as that. Conservatives should be right behind this idea, considering that they claim to believe in personal freedom. And liberals should be with this idea because we could spend LESS THAN HALF the money we waste on law enforcement on PREVENTION and TREATMENT. We could use the other half that we saved for other things. Let's let idiots that want to do drugs do them. If they want to get off, we offer them treatment. If not, we TAX THEIR ASSES.

NO MORE BLACK MARKET = NO MORE KILLINGS.

Drug catels would still be at war with each other .... and everyone would be stoned out of their minds .... sounds like a great idea for our society.

Yeah, just like everyone should have the personal right to commit rape? Personal freedom does not include doping people.

Why would you spend money on something that you condone? You always have to spend, don't you?

Like what? Another social program? Maybe American taxpayers deserve to keep some of it to buy cheese.

Good idea, author, we'll tax people laying on the streets with needles in their arms.

Can't you figure out who would get their ASSES TAXED OFF for this kind of proposition?

So you believe that if heroin was legal everyone would start using it? And that's after the prevention campaigns/sports programs etc that would be run using the TRILLIONS we currently spend on the "war on drugs". So what are you saying, YOU would start using drugs? THE PROBLEM WITH YOUR THEORY IS THAT IN THE NETHERLANDS, WHERE DRUGS ARE ALL LEGAL, LESS PEOPLE USE THEM THAN IN COUNTRIES WHERE THE DRUGS ARE ILLEGAL.

So personal freedom depends on what freedoms YOU believe they should have. You equate rape and doing drugs as the same? One hurts others while using drugs is to oneself. AND WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN "DRUGS" AND ALCOHOL AND TOBACCO, WHICH ARE DRUGS. Give me a break, we could prevent so many people from using drugs if we would stop wasting GOOD MONEY AFTER BAD just locking everyone up. ITS NOT WORKING IF YOU HAVEN'T NOTICED!
