Well, after getting stomped in the 2008 election, the Republican party decided that they lost because they "weren't conservative enough."

So, to help the GOP get back on its feet, I recommend a tough-to-beat ticket of Sarah Palin and Michelle Bachman in 2012! They are both brilliant leaders and lawmakers who have a deep understanding of the key issues like the economy, defense, and foreign affairs.

You'll energize the base like never before and, if all goes well, maybe even get 30% of the vote. Best of luck!

Yes, Bachman for sure. There was some dustup involving Janet Napolitano the other day and Bachman asks, "Has this homeland security secretary gone absolutely stark raving mad?" The nerve of Bachman to call anybody crazy.

With the current wackjobs voting in the gop primaries I wouldn't be surprized if this was the ticket.

OP - excellent idea. Who is Bachman? Is she far enough right for the Republican stalwarts to nominate? What is her position on defeating the Muslim threat to our sacred way of life? When would we know?

I dunno. If there is anyone who would know stark raving mad when they see it is Michelle Bachmann. I think I have to defer to the expert.

At least Bachmann wouldn't play nicey nicey with Al Quaida, and be careful not to offend them.

And she certainly wouldn't label our Veterans as domestic terrorists, the very people who have defended this country, like the Obama administration has.

WOW! Two things she's NOT doing...great recommendation from someone who obviously has no idea of what Bachmann has said!

NO she's too busy attacking good Americans to be buddying up with terrorists!
