Leave them right where they are at and quit worring about it. Let the media discuss some other subject and get it out of the news. People will forget about it very quickly. These detaines really don't deserve so much attention.
We ARE those detainees under the new dictated regime.

If they're brought to the USA, the ACLU and other America-haters will eventually get all of them sprung on technicalities.

How soon we forget you ask..How soon we forget who set this Gitmo disaster in motion. Who put them in a position to possess technicalities? Who has now come trotting back out to tout this disaster? How far do we dig the ditch before we start climbing out?
Please stop trying to use the "Patriotism Card" to justify criminal and unethical behavior. It's old and that crap was voted out on 11/4/08. Patriots believe in and adhere to the constitution, not "skirt" it.

Why did FEMA lie about their presence in New York on 9/11?
I've already gone through them NUMEROUS times, try looking up the LEGAL definition of "torture", then move onto the individuals who are covered by the "Geneva Convention", and then look into the EXACT reason why the prison is setup in Cuba, and not inside the USA, you'll find that
A, they LEGALLY were not tortured
B, their classification affords them NO protection under the Geneva Convention, there is a reason they are classified as "enemy combatants", and not POWs..
C, them being in Cuba, offers them very little legal american legal protection..

9, besides the obvious that you cant see anything on a camera, you view things on monitors, Bush didnt watch the first plane crash live, we all seen him in a classroom with children, how are you claiming he was watching a camera while reading a book in a classroom? Are you now claiming that the book was a tv monitor?
Furthermore a lot of them have to do with Bin Ladens family, NEVER a suspect as being involved, and anyone who thinks otherwise is a fool, Bin Ladens family has disassociated themself with Bin Laden ages ago, and even more of them are actually duplicate questions, #7 and #42 for example.
