Default The loser of the night, sarah palin

her main guy hoffman cant even win a seat held by the right for the last 150 years.

im telling you, palin's endorsement of him was the deathnail of his race. she is too divisive, and overwhelming americans are sour on her.

one could say the dems won tonight.

2-0 on congressional seats. gop got the governors, but the seats are more valuable.

While I do not know if one could say Dems won tonight due to the governors races. I certainly think you could say Nancy Pelosi won tonight...she became one seat stronger and made it just that much harder for Republicans to retake the House anytime soon.

Unless a Senator got elected tonight it wont matter. The House can pass all the liberal legislation they want, but it will come to a halt in the Senate.

I think we have 2 losers, Palin and Obama, showing us the country doesn't want extremism. 6 of the 7 spots in PA went to republicans, VA Rep took all 3 spots, a first in many years, and NJ, an extremely democrat state went to republicans. Palin's pick got defeated. Let's be honest...

I think the loser of that race was the Pubs. They still can't bring themselves to see the light that people are tired of the BS of liberal party members.

Had they supported the conservative to represent their party from the beginning they would have won, instead they backed another liberal idiot. Hoffman lost by a 48% to 46% margin with 6% still voting for the R that had already pulled out.

Clearly, this was more of a victory for conservative Americans than the Dems.

Maybe they will learn something from this election.

As much as i want to say "neener neener neener" to all the palintologists out there, she had nothing to do with his defeat. it had to do with the fact that the guy looks and acts like a freaking moron ... have any of you seen interviews with him? Seriously, he's like a doornail. your miss Sarah pulled a mccain and didn't even meet with the guy before she hitched her moose wagon up to his campaign.
