The Arizona law is not racist but created for safety reasons. There are a lot of problems with drugs and crime in AZ due to illegal immigrants. They are also a burden to the economy.
Also we don't think about the immigration laws for other countries. We can't just go there and get free housing, health care, food, education, etc. off their taxpayer's dime. Over 70% of the people in AZ are in favor of that law...that speaks volumes right there.

Are you kidding me, your DEMTWITS are screwing it up enough, not wanting to do a thing about this issue, i too have realtives who live in Arizona, some parts they say are really bad. And i don't want your demotwits, to keep saying to the illegals, come on down, your welcome here NOT. MAYBE it is part of the demotwits agenda, to not want to do a thing about the illegal problem, gees wonder why.
I do not want to give any police the right to ask any person for their "papers" without any reason but the vague suspicion that they might be here illegally. "Papers, please." is the tyrants call. This is a far bigger problem than illegal immigrants fighting over drug territories. Why are the State and Federal police failing to curb this threat using conventional methods of infiltration, intelligence collection and just plain old fashioned police work. Maybe Arizona is too cheap to hire enough cops.
OP - considering how far the Republicans, principally using proposition 13, have dragged California they should fear their fellow travelers in Arizona. I believe the Republicans are toast in CA as the people realize they are paying for a paradise for the uber wealthy with the taxes on the middle class.
