Only dumb Red Staters would fall for your simplistic reasoning. And that's why the GOP bends them over every chance they get.
What's to argue? He has stated several times that he was a Vietnam Vet and even once talked about how he was spat upon when he returned. He lied and continued the lie. You don't care, others do.

It's not a question of caring. It's a question of what two choices to pick from.

A Dem with a good record in office caught lying who will vote more so with the middle class or a honest GOP tool who will caucus with the GOP and have Mitch McConnell as Senate leader again?

Apparently those Nutmeggers who are some of the best paid, best educated Americans in the USA think my way.....LOL

Let me give you a real world example.

Let's say this tea bag, right wing candidate in Utah who is on video plagerizing Obama's speech was caught doing this after the primaries? He is now running against a Democrat.

Would any liberal on this board be stupid enough to argue that right wingers in Utah that must abandon their platform of issues and now vote for the Democrat????.......LOL

Absurd.

No, there is something called integrity(http://www.thefreedictionary.com/integrity} which is important. Anyone who would be willing to lie on their resume would be willing to lie about what they believe in.

Let me ask you this, suppose you are an employer and you are interviewing a candidate who has all the skill sets you need but you find out he lied about what college he went to (he says Harvard but really went to Connecticut Sate college) would you hire this person?

Yes the Dems do it regularly, the voted for a guy who plagiarized and is a racist to boot.

Dailymotion - Joe Biden's racist comments - a News & Politics video

The Republicans purge their liars. The Dems make them Vice President. They have no moral compass.

This will come front and center in the general. Many people are still in the dark about him lying. Tasty negative ads coming. It's far worse to lie about service than it is about sex or drugs.

So do the people here saying Blumenthal doesn't have enough integrity to serve in congress also feel the same way about Mark Kirk since he had a military service-related lie too?
