Nita, did you get tons of phone calls, too?

I was soooooooo irritated, sometimes 4 phone calls a day. And I wasn't the only one. I heard from lots of other people that they were getting deluged with calls and mail.

Oh, never mind.

yep, even though you and I are on opposite sides, our side did as much as yours I am sure. Of course, we didn't get any for Boozeman but the Cecille, Womack callers just wouldn't stop. I don't mind a few, in fact I expect it, but enough is enough..If I take a stupid survey one day and give my answers what is the likelyhood I would change my mind 12 hours later?

This might be in the bag for the GOP, although I wouldn't count those chickens yet.

Public Policy Polling: Write Off Lincoln

Write Off Lincoln

Quote:
It's nice for Blanche Lincoln that she won the runoff in Arkansas last night but I hope that no groups that care about getting Democratic Senators elected spend another dollar in the state this year. That doesn't have anything to do with her ideology- judging her worthwhileness there is not part of my job as a pollster- but there are just a boatload of races where Democrats have a better chance to win this fall and could use their resources more wisely.

There hasn't been a non-Research 2000 poll showing her down by anything less than 17 points to John Boozman in over three months.
I think she might get a bump, but once the campaigning starts and ALL those ads about obamacare with her being the 60th vote that allowed this monstrosity to pass, she most likely will be toast.

It's nice to know a blogger named Tom Jensen thinks this. I wonder if the pollsters will be able to figure out why they have so much trouble measuring support for Southern Democrats? But I'll be writing a check to Blanche right away. I'm particularly partial to toast and jam.

I think Boozman will win this quite easily. Lincoln won't exactly go down by a Santorum type margin, but its unlikely to be close.
