Carlin used to be my favorite, but he's gotten WAY too preachy in his old age. One that I have seen live and I thought was hysterical was Jerry Seinfeld. VERY underappreciated for his standup comedy.

My favorite is Margaret Cho and Brian Regan. They are so funny. They both make me red in the face when I see them. So, hilarious.

Did you ever see the first episode of "Wanda at Large"??? It was literally the most hyterical half-hour of sitcom television I'd ever seen. Apparrently subsequent episodes didn't come close to measuring up to the original and the show was cancelled but DANG she's funny!! She's not bad on "Christine" either.
