I'm just starting to watch the old Cowboy Bebop anime. Well, actually it's on order and I'm waiting for it to get here. I saw parts of the movie and it looked really good. So I ordered the series. I think there were only about 6 seasons. I heard it was awesome.

OK Pierce2011, you and I agree here. I am a 50 year old woman who had to take an electice class - chose Into to Film. This semester the genre was Sci Fi. Watched Cowboy Bebop several weeks ago, and absolutely LOVED it. And I'm not even a Sci Fi fan. The only exposure I've ever had to anime was when my son was into Pokemon, and watching Speed Racer (anime in it's most primitive form) as a child. I was mesmerized by the look of the film- and the awesome score by Seatbelt.

Sorry, can't type tonight. I meant an ELECTIVE class. Which happened to be Sci Fi, which happened to include Bebop.

Why are you listing animals in an entertainment forum?

My childhood favorite is Dragon Ball Z. I'm watching it online now as I type. I used to be into Pokemon and a little bit of Digimon when I was a pre-teen.
