I'd argue that Motoko is actually Bisexual.
In the original version of the manga, she's shown having a threesome with two other Women/Female Cyborgs, though she is also shown to have a possible boyfriend? (or even boyfriends?).
Not sure about Tetsuo though? Other than he likes to call out Kaneda's name alot.

Really? Must be my hearing. For many years as a child suffered regular ear infections and hearing problems. I've had three sets of tubes in my ears and now have a replacement ear drum on my left ear. Thelma and Velma sound so much alike to me.
