Actually book *might* be better as they are usually more descriptive...

I did own both books - the original with a 'secret' ending and the second book where it is revealed...

ANYWAY I digress, I gave my books away years ago and I just want to know what the girls ate for lunch while at the rock (if it is even mentioned)

My husband and I have the opportunity to visit the rock early next year and we want to have some fun with it and eat the same things if possible.

Anyone seen it or read it recently? Let me know!

Thanks in advance

I saw it last year for the first time then went online to read about the "secret" stuff. It wasn't as good as I thought it would be though it would be cool to see that place.

My husband and I tried to watch it earlier this year but it just wasn't our day - we both found it to be painfully tedious. We did stick with it through the halfway point (forget how much beyond that) but couldn't manage the rest. Now it's a joke for us and we've enjoyed many giggles since It's possible some other day one of us would have been taken by it - it does have a following. I'm thinking I remember cheese, bread, and fruit (maybe apples?) from the picnic but not sure. Have fun on your adventure - that sounds a lot neater than the movie to me!

I've only seen the movie and don't tremember but sounds like a fun trip....

Movie was creepy/odd. I caught it back in the day - home sick or something and found it channel flipping. This was before the days of being able to hit the "info" button on the remote so I thought it was going to be a much different film, LOL
