Well, had you asked me this ages ago, I would've said Kramer from Seinfeld, but then that incident happened...*cough cough*

So I'll post my runners up:

1. B'elanna Torres from ST: Voyager--the quintessential gutsy chick with attitude
2. Dr. Romano from ER (I was so upset at how they got rid of him, I almost quit the show)
3. Elizabeth Corday from ER--loved her spunky attitude, her hair, her everything
4. Shaggy/Scooby Doo (tied) from Scooby Doo--these are my most favorite cartoon characters of all time
5. Leeloo from The Fifth Element--such a fun, adorable character
6. Nellie from Little House on the Prairie--I actually loved her more than any of the "good kids" on the show
7. Harriett from Small Wonder--she was like a real live Cabbage Patch doll and the perfect foil
8. Rick/Vivian/Neil (tied) from The Young Ones--can't pick one; sorry.
9. Blackadder (Rowan Atkinson), especially from Series 2 and 3.

And last, but not least:

Normally, I hate the gimmicky duel roles gimmick, but Elizabeth Montgomery as Serena was the absolute bomb. I loved every minute of her on Bewitched.
