Since I haven't watched TV for months if not years I hated to see my 32" TV go to waste so I made a gaming station out of it. I bought a wall mount and hung the TV over my bed. I bought stuff and put together a shelf for the equipment.

I have an Invacare bed I bought for $100 at an estate sale (love it) and it's electrically adjustable. I also did a Raspberry Pi project and made a game console. Bought a microSD card loaded with Retropie and games.

It just happens that I got the mount today and did the job.

When not in use:

From my bed playing games:

I need to tilt the TV a little more but it's great.

No offense, but this was silly question.

The internet is everything, tv is nothing.

I have it for live sporting events and random shows I TiVod. Next time I move, Im cutting the cord and getting sling box for any tv needs. Cable tv is pretty much dead. Between Netflix, hulu, smart TVs, etc there is no reason for it.

I could easily live without the internet as most of my time spent on the internet is because I have access to it, not because I need it and I aimlessly poke around on it for no reason at all. I do however enjoy relaxing at night watching a good tv show or movie so the tv would be a keeper for me. As it stands, I don't even have access to internet on my phone unless I am connected to wifi.

Internet... I don't have internet and don't have plans on getting it unless I happen to find a work from home job. I get my fill of internet at work and when i need to look up something quick I use the data on my phone. In fact, i forgot my laptop at my parents house when I went home to visit a couple weekends ago and haven't missed it.
