They're both based on what I have catalogued as "URW Wood Type D," which is almost certainly a clone name of an original. Both are highly stylized beyond the basic font, and I'd be surprised if there is any actual encapsulated font that is a closer match to either one.
Could be, though. Creating a digital font is far, far easier than it used to be. But it will be a hobby/amateur/niche producer, not one of the major foundries.
