OK, I got 3 - 1000 piece puzzles for Christmas. All different manufacturers. 2 of the puzzles had one piece missing and the puzzle we put together yesterday, had 3 pieces missing...
LOL!! Sorry. My late husband used to hide a piece so that he could be the one to "finish" the puzzle. All done except for that one and then he would magically "find" it in the couch cushion or under the coffee table.
I got wise to his shenanigans and told him "two can play that game". We were a pair.
Such defects in production are unacceptable. You need to contact the seller, explain the situation. I hope you will not be asked for a video of unpacking with the recalculation of all the details one by one. This is very disappointing, because puzzles now cost a lot.
We've done a lot of puzzles this past few months. The only missing pieces were ones accidentally left in the bag that the puzzle came in....
