1. highly regards the safety, comfort and well-being of both its animal and human performers: serviceable and properly-rigged safety nets, preferably meeting or exceeding OSHA standards, are strictly used for high-altitude acts as trapeze and tight rope walking; animals are never beaten in training or forced to do anything they are not willing to do; animals are always provided proper climate control and ventilation, frequent rest stops while travelling, clean bedding, grooming, bathing, adequate exercise, on-staff veterinarians, food and fresh water and ample room for lying down while traveling as on trains or airplanes
2. performs inside no tents or big tops for reasons of fire safety
3. employs only domestic animal species as dogs and horses
4. does not exploit people with deformities; no freak shows

No, it has to be a traditional circus with some modern health, humaneness and safety improvements.

I still like bandstand music and carnivalesque organ waltzes.
I like clowns in old-fashioned clown attire.
I like ringmasters in top hats.
I like tight rope walkers and trapeze artists with safety nets below them.
I like horses and dogs that perform wonderful tricks they are willing to do without cruel training methods but such animals that aren't beaten nor suffer in circus trains without good climate controls.
