There was a day when TV shows were temporarily interrupted by a public service message or Ad. Today it seems the Ads are interrupted by the TV program. Understand it pays the freight but does it have to be as often as occurs.
Example: You Tube your watching a show or listening to music and interruptions occur every 10 minutes or more and if you switch to another post or music video you may have to watch another 2 Ads even if at the switch you just got done watching an Ad.
The Ads themselves are either public service themed or obnoxious any way and some the length of a miniseries.
Another annoying interruption in our lives. We paid for pet rocks, water and now to avoid taunting interrupting Ads. Yes there had been the good old days at one time. Lol
Adblock is free and works on most browsers. There's also a fix available for that annoying "ARE YOU STILL WATCHING??? YES/NO" box on youtube, praise the Lord!
Just look @ your browser settings, there should be 3 dots or 3 lines in the top right corner, then look for "Extensions", on Chrome is under "More Tools" and do a search there.
