A curious pup
with a curious name
was W.W. Dogg.
He lived in a flat
with a curious cat

That's all we've been able to find so far. This goes WAY BACK. This forum also gets little traffic, any suggestions on where else to put this query?
Thanks,

A Curious Pup

By Al Graham

A curious pup with a curious name was W. W. Dog

He lived in a flat with a curious cat in the curious city of Habitat-Tat,

And he never went out without wearing his hat when he went for a joggity-joggity-jog.

Thanks for that, but that link is a dead end. I know, that's the only link that pops up in all of the internet. Even Amazon never heard of it.

I think I'll try a couple of university literature departments, SOMEBODY has to know. And I'm pretty sure I have the book, in a book box in storage.

To be fair you might actually state just what it is you're looking for. Book title? More to the poem? Where you can find a copy of the book? "Need help" isn't a very specific query.

I need/want help finding the entire text of the poem, or the full title of the book it's contained in.

It is apparently part of the 1950 edition of Better Homes and Gardens Story Book, page 117, lot's of options to buy online, including Amazon.
Link to an ebay picture here: https://i.ebayimg.com/images/g/Bt4AA...MK/s-l1600.jpg or listing:https://www.ebay.com/itm/404484533826
Project Gutenberg has a children's story by an author with the same name from a 1922 UK collection of stories, but nothing for this particular poem. Good luck with the search, looks like it's going to be a doozy.

Thanks DubbleT, you have excellent internet skills.

That book looks quite familiar, I may have it. In a box.
