You’re right ~ George Noory seems to have some very good guests from time to time with valid valuable information that you can’t find in the mainstream shows. Usually he has a good mix from night to night in an effort to keep people listening and entertained.
I record one or two nights a week just to listen during the day time hours. It’s funny but I looked into a closet and found that I’ve got about 50 tapes (2hrs each) of Coast to Coast from way back in time. Most of them are oldie from Art’s shows.

Last nights guest was the strangest. He must have eaten all the drugs from the 60s and 70s, took something to juice himself up then called George for his session. Who exactly are the powers that be? aliens or George B and friends? or illumminata? And the giants are people eaters. Wow. Usually the show is pretty interesting. Anybody checked out the Frank's box? Anybody got one? There is a video on UTube but it's hard to hear.

calling all coast to coast fans!
EEKKK.. old thread resurrecting
Have been a long time Coast to Coast fan.....
Have been negligent in keeping up in the past year because my shift changed.
How would you describe the current vibe. When I dropped off Art was still here and there and had the new wife and baby and had moved back from the Philippines.
Catch me up, I can listen now on line, one reason that I stopped was I used to listen on the way home from work but in my current location no station.

Yes, I love that radio show! I think that George does an excellent job, but I started listening post Art. I like them both. I am curious to unite with other Coast to Coast am listeners and think a forum on the topic is a good idea. Thanks for posting.

This "could" be an amazing show with alternative info not found in mainstream--Could be! Noory is an inept interviewer, not the brightest bulb, and it shows. He reads questions and is practicing the next one in his head and doesnt even listen to his absurd remarks. He has ruined the show save for the occasional dynamic guest who is interesting in spite of Noory.Art Bell was a very bright man with impressive interviews that could make even a corpse sound interesting.
I think the station sold out when Prem Rad took over. Noory is white bread, you need some wits and intellegence to pull off this show.He sadly lacks both.
Interesting, when searching google for Coast info, I came upon "george noory sucks" and there is a huge movement, I mean huge, to have the poor guy ousted from the show. You can google those three words and see what I mean.
I was amazed at the size of the threads and number of people wanting Noory off the show. I heard George Knapp do the show a few times, and he was excellent, a real pro. If only Noory could take some lessons.

My husband and I loved listening to Art Bell and his radio show. It's very interesting to know what kind of crazy people there are out there. We used to listen to it when I was stationed in Ft. Bragg and was on my way to P.T. every morning, he'd be on, at around 5am.

I've listened to his show before. He has had some strange guests/topics before. Some have been quite interesting.

Since noone mentioned him, I'd like to say I think Ian Punnett is the best of the three regular hosts. Art had a bit too much edge for my liking, and George Noory, while likeable, says some really inane things.

Did any of you see "2012" yet? There's a character (Woody Harrelson's role) on there that remind me of Bell and Noory.

I have listened extensively in the past (the Art Bell days) and still listen from time to time. If there is a good guest on I will tune in. Otherwise, I really get burned out on listening to the "dreams" and "experiences" of many of the pathetic callers who do not have a life, nor anyone else to talk to. LOL
It's a good show because it does make you think. I found out about Dr. Judy Wood on that show and I have been amazed by that and the Hutchison Effect ever since. It definitely makes you think about things.
