Don't know about the job market for insurance agent, but I can tell you that Corvallis is a college town. HP just closed and they have been fighting WM from coming there. Albany would be better.

Wow! We are in Lakeland, too, and would love to move to Corvallis...if the housing market improves and we are able to sell this house. Apparently we are not the only ones trying to scape the Florida heat. LOL
