I personally like Kowloon's, and they deliver. Their menu is online. Their BBQ Pork is really good.

Whatever you do... stay away from Lok Yaun on w. 11th across from the Vietnamese Pho place (and next to an Applebee's I think...) Everytime my husband has eaten there (with work buddies for lunch) he's become very sick. :P The Vietnamese place across the street though has really good Pho (noodle soup) and chinese noodle dishes, though. Super nice people there, too! Kowloon's is decent by Oregon standard's (too greasy and the sauces are crappy) but overpriced. Sunrise Asian food market on w. 29th actually has inexpensive to-go food in their deli area that is pretty good. My husband is Asian and he eats it sometimes.

I prefer China Blue on 13th near the business school. They used to advertise as an Indonesian/Chinese restaurant but it's mostly Chinese, and not bad. I'm really picky about my Chinese food.
