Default Finding Eugene/Springfield Apartments

ok! so the room mate and i are finally getting everything in order for our visit to eugene including finding apartments that we can get tours for during the week of march 3rd through the 10th. i thought everything was going alright, lined up a about 8 apartments that fit in our very low pay range but when i called them about tours i got shot down by income restrictions or student restrictions. so finding an apartment is a lot harder than it first started out as u.u

can anyone advise good apartment complexes that would be kind to two quite poor South Dakotan girls that plan on going to Lane Community college after we qualify for instate tuition?

our range is only $700 or lower, that's basically the only criteria we are starting off with.

we did manage to set up times for the Stadium Park Apartments and the Forest Village Apartments if anyone lives in or heard of them. any help is appreciated! n.n

Instead of going for the large complexes I would search for individual property management companies,
try:
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&c...or&btnG=Search

they will sometimes have listings on their websites of smaller homes, duplexes etc. You should be able to find something. You may want to meet with the management co and arrange for tours of many available units that they manage. just an idea.
good luck.
