Feb 27, 2010: Day started out beautifully sunny, so we decided to go for a drive. Ended up eating lunch at Steelhead restaurant, and then were headed over to some friends' house to say hello. But suddenly it began to lightly rain around 2pm, so I make a quick turn and headed home (since I was driving my classic car and don't like to get it all wet...I know. I'm crazy.)

Just as I was thinking about what to wear for my afternoon jog, the sun appeared again at 3:30 and really started warming things up around 4:00pm. Jog gear was t-shirt and shorts. Weather was clear and beautiful with air temp around 60F in the sun.

Feb 28, 2010: Morning started with some low fog, but it burned off quickly. Now we have beautiful sun. Thinking about going for another drive before lunch. Mrs. Eugenified is mumbling something about going out for brunch.

Mar 04, 2010: Very light mist this morning until around 11am, so I decided not to drive my classic car (to prevent it from rusting). 5 minutes later, the sun burst through the clouds, and it was warm and sunny for the next 5 hours. Around 4pm, I went jogging and it began to lightly rain again at around 4:30pm, but stopped again around 5:15pm. At night: who knows? I am inside tapping away on the computer.

Sun all day so far today...perfect for me to spend 2 hours waiting in the car dealer for my car to be maintained and "voluntary recalls" to be handled...

High clouds are obscuring the blue sky though.

March 05 2010 - I really enjoyed this sunny day, taking a bicycle ride up Throne Drive (I currently live in the Heron Meadows Apartment Complex) and Candlelight Drive, eventually discovering the Golden Gardens City Park.

March 06 2010 - looking to be just as warm and sunny, so I'll be out on my bike again.

March 9-12 2010 A few mostly wet days with occasional short dry intervals. Nonetheless a cheery period, rain in such a beautiful setting is not as depressing as London drizzle, and I just bought a house so I'm feeling pretty chipper.

Tuesday 17th - Friday 19th. Clear skies led to moderate temperatures during the day, but rapidly dropping at dusk to cool nights. Clear night skies with wonderful views of the starts and crescent moon.

Saturday 20th March - a beautifully warm sunny day to celebrate the 1st day of Spring. People buying barbeque equipment and cooking out. Clouded up by nightfall, and light spotty rain in the morning of Sunday 21st.
