Hey everyone. Last week I went on Ticketone.it, and ordered tickets to the U2 concert that is scheduled to take place in Rome this October.

I had never bought tickets for a concert outside North America before. Needless to say, this was my first time using Ticketone, the Italian version of Ticketmaster.

When I ordered the tickets, I selected Express Freight for delivery. So I think the tickets will arrive here in the States via DHL.

It's been a full week and my tickets have not arrived yet. Ticketone did not even provide me with a tracking number for the shipment (I only have a confirmation number for my order).

How long does it usually take for a package to be delivered from Europe to the US via DHL?

Has anyone used Ticketone before and encountered something like this?

Should I be concerned at this point? How much longer should I wait?

What do you guys think I should do?

If you paid for express delivery, it's probably shouldn't take more than three business days, but that's from our end. No telling how postage works in Italy.

I'd assume the package will arrive today or tomorrow. If it's not here by Wednesday I'd start doing some investigating.

Question: By express delivery, did you pay an express premium (like $30-40) for delivery or was it express according ticketone.it?

If it's the latter, that would make a huge difference.

I had a package sent from Florence, Italy last November via UPS (united parcel service) and it took about a week. Also, I used their mail system and people received there mail before I returned home.

So, DHL should have sent your package by now.
