This is an interesting argument. Brazilian women's beauty is usually credited precisely to the fact that they're mixed Afro/Latin/Euro, maybe with a little Indigenous mixed in here and there. Hybridization can result in greater beautfy, like an award-winning rose. Those Ukrainian beauties have a significant amount of Scandinavian heritage.

I have noticed that the women from Brazil and other Latin American countries who win beauty pageants are always the "whitest" ones - even in Venezuela, where Hugo Chavez was supposedly taking the country back from the white elite!

Agreed, but most of the time they are just white skinned, they dont have straight up european features.
In Europe food is expenssive and we only buy what is necessary. Also, if you go to the Doctor or any other place, and you are not dressed nice, they won't even look at you...
In a lot of Europe, there are walkable cities and people are less reliant on the car for sure. Physical exercise = a little more attractive usually. On the first page I read someone who said something about "Well my city in the US is walkable." That might be, but there's only a few cities in the US that are on par with walkability of a lot of European cities. Even then, people in the US use cars more even in walkable cities (with the exception of maybe big parts of NYC) than in Europe.
Not only that, but I find the food to be fresher there and people eat less overall. I was shocked when I went to Istanbul for the first time even and found that some of the homeless people looked healthier overall than an average American.

Look at the Brazilian women in the movies--all very exotic mixes of browns. Undeniably gorgeous. They make the white bread Brazilian models look boring by comparison.
