Same sex marriage for Non-Swiss couple in Geneva?

I am from Turkey. I recently got an excellent job offer from my current employer's regional headquarters in Geneva. The pay and the benefits are very good.
However, I am in a long term relationship and would never consider to move without him. Since we are from non-EU, it is not possible for him to reside with me over there. The facts:
-The job opportunities are scarce and does not match his qualifications.
-The graduate studies are either not worthed to take or too expensive.
Thus, we are considering, if there is any way for me and him to get married/registered partnership, to ensure that he moves with me.
