The most unattractive Europeans at the moment, have to be those moronic, English, Russian, and local French soccer hooligans causing mayhem at the Euro Championships being played in France at the moment.

The attractive ones are, the ugly ones, not so much.

The thing is, this crap occurs EVERY time an English club, or the national team are involved in a soccer match in any country in Europe.
You'd think that by now, wise heads would have worked out a way to stop it, or at least try to get on top of it.
It would appear that there IS no way to do that, for surely it would have been tried.
There was a move a few years ago, to stop known trouble makers from travelling, by either confiscating their passports in time to stop them travelling, or having them report to a police station on the day the match was being played in Europe.
That perhaps fell by the wayside, or more likely, more youthful recruits came through the ranks, and travelled instead.
I've always thought, perhaps naively, that the host nation should apply their laws rigorously, if the police are convinced that they have the right guys, whack 'em hard, one, two, years in custody, no remission.
Of course, you'd have English mothers crying their eyes out to David Cameron, "My Wayne's a good boy, he'd never get into any trouble, please get him home sir."
If Wayne is pictured, in glorious colour, punching someone, or throwing a bottle, chair, or ashtray, then let him rot in a cell.

I didn't read the reports on all that on Russian sites yet, but this is the image that I see right away -

I think they ARE doing something about it, because there were ONLY 150 ultras involved))))

Only 150? Oh that's okay then, they'll probably cause no trouble.

There could have been 500 of them instead - "more youthful recruits" that "came through the ranks," and old guard alike)))

Think about it)))
