lol. You mean, with no noun declensions, and some features of agglutination, borrowed from the Turks? tsk tsk. Bulgaria has too much corruption. Croatia also has the sea, warm summers, and an even brighter future. It's on the right track.
I’d probably go with Slovenia. One of the most overlooked post-communist country. Economically by far the most succesful, very mild mediterranean climat, beautiful landscape, friendly and open-minded people, neighbouring with Italy, Austria and Croatia… seems like the best deal to me.
