Been to a few european countries and for me, its got to be brussels, it is so bland and chaotic to get around, even though the amount of times i went there, i just couldnt get the feeling or excited.

Nobody goes to those places, it's just like visiting Oklahoma.

Oslo
Frankfurt
Zurich?
Kiev
Kiev is the only one of these I haven't visited... but I definitely enjoyed the other 3- especially Frankfurt! I had an absolute blast there!

Honestly I don't think I've been to a truly 'boring' large European city. Each one has had redeeming qualities for me. My least favorite is probably Naples, but I wouldn't describe it as 'boring' just not my kind of place.

All U.K. cities outside London
All German cities outside Berlin
Oh gosh- this is truly, truly ridiculous in my opinion at least. There are some amazing cities outside of London- in fact, I've loved everywhere I've been in the U.K and believe you me, I've been all over it (I lived in the U.K for a while). As for Germany, I've thoroughly enjoyed Frankfurt and Munich, in addition to some smaller, wonderful cities throughout the country (especially Mainz).

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion though! Mine is a LOT different to this however!

I'm Belgian, and I only speak about the places I've been to.
The dullest large cities (keeping their size in mind) for me

Brussels
Milan
Copenhagen
Oslo

and brussels, and copenhagen, which IMO were both boring, but brussels was better. these places are fine if you like traveling but don't like tourists.

Sagrada Familia in Barcelona will be a stunning landmark once it is completed in 2026 or later. I plan to attend its opening ceremony. IMO, all Catholics should try to go there plus Vatican City at least once in their lifetime.
You completely missed the gist of my post. "Bring on" means just that - bring it on. It's complimentary. I was saying those are among the BEST in Europe.

I've heard Brussels is good for eating and chocolate. Their cuisine is supposed to be good and cheaper/more plentiful than in France.

I've changed planes in Copenhagen, using SAS. I didn't like what I saw - rainy and gray in mid-August, and only to see this statue of a mermaid.

It's basically all the best french food without some of the eccentric additions like frogs and snails.

The beer is very good in Belgium. But also very expensive, in fact Belgium overall is very expensive.

I didn't find Brussels very boring. I guess maybe it could be one of the dullest out of the major european cities. It's a strange mix between Amsterdam and Paris. They have the Paris architecture but a similar red light district as the one Amsterdam is famous for.
