Europe would turn more racist,paranoid, conservative and backwards, and there would be more fat women/men and fake blondes walking around. The beauty averages of people (Excluding the UK and Ireland) would significally drop a good points in both genders.
Problem is that all alternatives are far worse. Except for Asians that do not cause problems and tend to enrich societies, the rest of non-whites tend to create dangerous ghettoes. Also, the quality of Islamic people in Europe is not the same that the quality of Islamic people in the US.
North Africans are a problem, and their offsprings continue to be problem for generations to come. You only have to visit French banlieus.
Now some cockatoo will come with all the multiculturalism cockamainy. A country can not assimilate people that think that the inhabitants of their host country are perverts, sinners and stupid that will be punished because they drink wine, or because they think that Islam SUCKS.
What is with the lets bash Americans thing? All countries have their ignorant and racist masses this is not just exclusively American. People from around the world come to work and live in our country so we cant be all that bad. Geez!
I suppose many Americans of any genetic or ethnic heritage would choose Britain or Ireland since those countries are the foundation of the American cultural mainstream. Many Americans of German heritage may well feel that they would like to live in Germany and would be happy to take intensive German lessons to facilitate their assimilation. The same with Italian-Americans. There is no shortage of Americans who are only a generation or two removed from their 'homelands', you know.
Well, Europe would instantly plunge into massive civil wars, because adding 220 million White Americans, many who love their guns, have religious ideas that don't jibe with a lot of Europe, and have a disdain for what they perceive as "socialism" would not just assimilate.
Part of the problem is seeing the world as just Black & White.
White people in France, Britain, Germany, etc. . . have just about nothing in common with their "cousins" in America, culturally. Our country is a pretty unique place made up of a certain bravado that most Europeans are uncomfortable.
All the racially obsessed hicks in America will have a rude awakening thinking that their "cousins" will just accept them with open arms.
They'd also be horrified to find out that they have more in common with Black & Latino Americans than with White Europeans. We eat the same food, watch the same sports, and speak the same language.
Their "cousins" on the other hand would probably try to force them out. They hate you a LOT more than we do.
The only place I can see White Americans fitting in in the whole world is . . . . . . . Australia.
Australians and Americans generally get on pretty well from what I've heard and as countries there's a whole lot in common. And unlike Europe, Australia is not densely populated (well, much of it is desert, but so was Las Vegas and Los Angeles before the White folks got to them)
I've heard theirs is a culture similar to America's complete with country hicks who think they're tougher than they really are.

Most of the Blacks who moved to Europe did pre-Civil rights in the '30s and '40s.

I think after MLK and those guys got started in around '54-'55, most Black Americans became more concerned with just sticking it out in America and trying to force change within our own country rather than all moving to France or something, whereas the Caribbeans moved with no intention of ever going back to their original country.

That's not a lisp, you fool. Since obviously language teaching is not a priority in the Lake County school system I'll explain it to you. It's a different letter with a different sound. The letter "c" replaces in many cases the latin "t", e.g. dementia -> demencia (pronounced “dementhia”), which explains that pronuncioation opf the letter. What you in your ignorance call "a lisp" is actually th "th" sound as in "think". Many languages like French or German don't have that sound, that's why the cliched Frenchman or German would pronounce it as "sink".
If an ignorant Frenchman or German heard you say "think" he would think you have a "lisp". Of course that would imply you could find in those countries the level of ignorant pig-headedness you find in too many English speakers when it comes to languages.
So there you are. Your average Mississippi redneck speaks with a lisp, since they say "think" instead of "sink". Confused?

I had a thought. Since the native population of Europe is dying, do you think it's possible they might eventually encourage Americans and Canadians to move there and assimilate so that the European ethnic groups don't die out and become swamped by African and Asian groups moving in?
Could the idea of a mass exodus back across the Atlantic be a possibility?
It would be hard to find somewhere to live.
I find it a sad irony, that we have positive discrimination for minorities that are already majorities on a World scale. All species have a duty to their selves to survive, this seems to have been forgotten.
German brot and French baguette would be replaced with mass produced faux bread like Wonder Bread
Pilsner Urquell and Westephaner would be replaced with alcoholic water aka Bud Light. Milka chocolate and Kinder bueno would be replaced with tasteless crap like Hersheys. Public transportation would be eliminated and everyone would be driving a gas guzzler. The overall obesity rate would increase dramatically and the average IQ would drop dramatically. Not a good move

I live relatively close to Cesky Budvar, home of the real budweiser beer.
It drives me crazy when I see young guys buying bud or bud lite on base.
Beer is cheaper and infinitely better off base.
