The concept of "races of men" is not scientifically valid. It would be better to simply make a long list of the major ethnic groups and let people check as many as they want.

White americans are very similar to people in the british isles and Ireland imo. The most smilar to white americans that I have seen (speaking as a bulk of populations) have been the people from Northern ireland.
yes, most white americans have dark features (hair and eyes).
No, the immigration requirements are stricter than for the US. Besides, many Americans who do immigrate to EU member states have a hard time adjusting and finding work. "Learning the language" is relatively easy by comparison.

Being European only means live in Europe,it doesn't mean being" white".
We don't need to" call back " descendent of European immigrants to save our ethnic groups. Yes maybe someday the majority of Europeans will be mixed races but mixing is not a problem,it's a natural process of human evolution/migration. We're all mixed race in a way.
In France for exemple we have much more in common with any people from Mali or Algeria than with an American of French descent.
Once again American people gotta understand that the vast majority of the rest of the world(including Europe) is much less racist than them.
