By the way in Italy, skin type III is only slightly more frequent than skin type IV, not 60% as you suggested.

Italianos skin type frequency:

I + II - 10.3%
III - 45.8%
IV - 44.5%

France

I - 11.6%
II - 25.7%
III - 30.9%
IV - 31.8%
Most Georgians are pretty pale. Why do some people think they are darker? I haven't been to Georgia, but there are many of them in Russia . Their skin colour doesn't really seem different than that of other people. Maybe they have adapted to the colder climate! (jk )

I mostly tend to rot pretty fast. First I turn red, then I start tanning (a bit).

I was just zapping through the few free channels we have here and there was one of those reality TV shows, and I though it was just so absurd to see all those bimbos on Portuguese TV. The blond people in Southern Europe thread has been closed for whatever reason, but I am referring to my post there. Most people here have black hair and brown eyes by nature, but it seems they don't like themselves the way they are and turn themselves into bimbos instead...

Those two are probably blondes already, and dye it even blonder.
But it's not just portuguese that dye their hair, these ukrainian and romanian from the same show, dyed it white http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-HH5Os-B30b...srevelados.png

Bimbos are attracted to this type of show, and bimbos are more likely to dye their hair blonde, not surprising.

I think it is mostly the other way round, TV in the south is attracted to blond people. In telenovelas it is the same thing. I assume they try to appeal to a global audience.

Tv is acctracted by ultra tanned people too.

This is the same girl. Tan mania and black hair dying is very common in southern europe. While dark girls are dark brown and lighter.. Not black haired
